Create PDF file with PDF995

Steps:

1. Download the program at http://www.pdf995.com/download.html for free, consists of both the printer driver and a free Converter( ps2pdf995 and pdf995s).
2. Click to install and you're ready to start.
3. To create a PDF file, Open a document from a Windows application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, image file, etc
4. Print the document as you normally do but select the printer named PDF995, Save as dialogue will appear.
5. Specify the name of the PDF file to be generated
6. Click Save
7. The free versions of pdf995 products will display a sponsor page in your web browser each time you run the software. If you would prefer not to see sponsor pages, you may upgrade by obtaining a key at any time, but no registration reminder at generated PDF pages.\
8. Finish, the generated PDF file will be opened if the PDF reader has installed in our computer.

Edit PDF File

With PDF Reader 2.4 (~1929 Kb) Freeware

We can modify PDF file by add, change and delete text and pictures and print it out.
Although we can not save them in the free version, but we can print it out. (see Create PDF file)

Steps :

1. Download PDF Reader 2.4 at http://www.cadkas.de/downengpdf5.php
2. Install to the computer.
3. Run the program
4. Double click on the pdf file you want to open under "Open PDF file, The program will open the file in the tab sheet "Edit".
5. Edit texts under EDIT menu lets us edit all text strings.
6. We can use the pointer to select annotations, notes, form fields, link fields and document objects (text, pictures, vector graphics) and move them around.
7. After selecting any number of document objects you can click on Edit/Copy to make a copy of the objects and Edit/Paste to insert the objects on the same page or on another page.
8. But I prefer to right click to select the text that want to edit, so a down tray will appear (see picture)

Copy Image or Table at PDF file with Adobe Reader

You can use the Copy and Paste commands to copy the selected Image, text, table as an image into another application.

Steps :

1. Open PDF file with Adobe Reader

2. Click the Snapshot tool .

3. Drag a box around the rows and columns to be copied. Click OK. The selection is copied automatically to the Clipboard.

4. Paste the selection into an open document in another application (Word, Power point ect).

Copy Text at PDF file with Adobe Reader

You can use the Copy and Paste commands to copy the selected text into another application.

Steps :

5. Paste the selection into an open document in another application (Word, Power point ect).
